BAWAL RH BILL! MAY NAMATAY NA DITO.
An Irish woman has died of a blood clot after taking the birth control pill for several years. Her family and an investigating doctor have publicly attributed her death to the use of the contraceptive.

A 24 year old Australian woman's death has been blamed on her use of oral contraceptive pills, which she was taking them as part of her acne treatment.
The hospital's director of emergency medicine, Associate Professor Graeme Thomson, said Tanya's death had been "caused by blood clotting caused by factors related to taking the oral contraceptive pill", according to a report by Adelaide Now.

... each of these cases supported the suggestion that an IUD HAD CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEATH. Four of the 5 terminal illnesses involved severe infection; 2 of these 4 infections involved a pregnancy.

Okay. So those are just a few of the deaths related to reproductive health. Wait! There are more!
An 18 year-old fashion student has died as a result her use of a hormonal birth-control patch device. Zakiya Kennedy, a pretty, aspiring model, approached a policeman in a New York Upper West side subway station. She complained of a severe pain in her head and leg, then she collapsed. She died an hour later in hospital.

Over the 14-year period 1975 to 1988, 202,135 abortions were performed in Louisiana.

Five women in the United States have now died after taking abortion pills; four of them most likely suffered lethal bacterial infections, said Dr. Steven Galson, director of the agency's center for drugs.

And they have the guts to call it "health", eh? Anyway, what does the content of the RH Bill say?
HB 4244 (a.k.a. RH BILL)
Section 4. Definition of Terms
Reproductive Health Care refers to the access to a "FULL RANGE" of methods, facilities, services and supplies that contribute to reproductive health and well-being by preventing and solving reproductive health-related problems. It also includes sexual health, the purpose of which is the enhancement of life and personal relations.
Section 7. Access to Family Planning.
All accredited health facilities SHALL PROVIDE A FULL RANGE of modern family planning methods, except in specialty hospitals which may render such services on optional basis. FOR POOR PATIENTS, such services shall be fully covered by PhilHealth Insurance and/or government financial assistance on a no balance billing.
Section 21. Employers’ Responsibilities
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) shall ensure that employers respect the reproductive rights of workers. Consistent with the intent of Article 134 of the Labor Code, EMPLOYERS with more than 200 employees SHALL PROVIDE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES TO ALL EMPLOYEES in their own respective health facilities.
HB 96 (a.k.a. RH BILL)
Section 9. Family Planning Supplies as Essential Medicines
Hormonal contraceptives, intrauterine devices [IUD], injectables and other safe and effective family planning products and supplies shall be part of the National Drug Formulary and the same SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE REGULAR PURCHASE of essential medicines and supplies of all national and local hospitals and other government health units.
Does the government really want to provide death to people? Giving away those dangerous and fatal contraceptives FOR FREE through the RH Bill?
Gusto ba talaga ng gobyerno pumatay ng tao? Ipamimigay ng libre ang mga nakamamatay na contraceptives sa pamamagitan ng RH BILL?

Ano ba talaga, Juan dela Cruz?
Isang araw, may dalawang grupo na nagrarally sa Mendiola.
Group1:
EDUKASYON! EDUKASYON! KARAPATAN NG MAMAMAYAN!
EDUKASYON! EDUKASYON! KARAPATAN NG MAMAMAYAN!
Group2:
CONTRACEPTIVE! CONTRACEPTIVE! KARAPATAN NG MAMAMAYAN!
CONTRACEPTIVE! CONTRACEPTIVE! KARAPATAN NG MAMAMAYAN!
(Ano daw????????)
News reporter:
Nakupo! Epic fail 'to ah!
Ano ba talaga ang dapat unahin? Condom o libro? School o kontraseptibo? Haay.. Nagugulumihanan si Juan dela Cruz.

Bishops' call to all Catholic Bloggers
Recently, I've been hearing about blogs, blogs, and blogs. I heard it from a techie friend. I heard it from celebrities. I heard it from the bishops.
When I heard it from a techie friend, my reaction was "Ok. Blogs are for techies."
When I heard it from celebrities, I can only say "Well. They are fond of that."
But when I heard it from the bishops, "What use do blogs have to get the attention of the bishop?"
Upon hearing of CBCP's call to all Catholic Bloggers in the country to be united in defense of Life and in opposition against the RH Bill last June 6, 2011, I guess I just knew right away the answer to that.
Bishops are embracing technology in doing their duty to preach and to teach. Bishops are moving towards the ends of the earth to reach all people of all places at all times. The essence of universality of the Church, then, is clearly quite more evident when the faithful is reached universally.
Blogs, blogs, and more blogs. And I have just created one more blog.
