A couple of RED ribbons were seen tied and being tied at the poles, trees, light posts, gates, traffic sign post, street sign poles, gates and fences, Quintos Bridge, and a ground cable in Dagupan City on December 30, 2012 at the anniversary of our national hero's death. These RED ribbons had been tied to show Dagupan City's and (Pangasinan) 4th District's, opposition to the recently passed RH Law.
